2020 No-Cost Zephyr RHGSE “Train the Trainer” Classes
Zephyr has updated it’s “Train the Trainer” in-house No-Cost Training. The training is prepared to provide the highest level of success using the RHGSE to new and existing users of the Zephyr RHGSE.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic restrictions on travel and concerns for the transmission of the virus, Zephyr had to cancel the April training classes and now has decided to reschedule the upcoming Zephyr RHGSE Training. The next scheduled training was to take place June 24 – 25 has now been re-scheduled to take place August 26 – 27. We hope that it will allow ample time for travel conditions to improve and travel bans be lifted. The October session will remain as scheduled. If we have a large number of request we may add another class prior to the year’s end, we will make that decision further down the road.
Recognizing that the health and safety of our attendees, instructors, and staff are our top concerns, we will be taking necessary precautions and following recommended guidelines to continue to keep our facility as clean as possible for all that attend. We have done well thus far and have maintained our facility healthy and operational during this challenging time. As precautions we will also like to minimize the class seating to a maximum of 12 seats for each two (2) day class. If we only fill 8 seats or less seats, then the training will be able to be conducted in one day instead of the two days. We generally try to limit the number of attendees to no more than three (3) personnel from each organization in order to reach as many trainers/trainees as possible. If we have open seats available, we will do our best to accommodate the needed seats.
All future training sessions will require a minimum of eight (8) total attendees to be held as scheduled, less than eight seats will reduce the class to one day training.
These classes are not only geared to “train the trainer” on the Rescue Hoist Ground Support Equipment, but also provides a venue as a way to share valuable experiences and lessons learned within the Rescue Hoist Community. In order to facilitate this exchange of valuable information and maximize customer experience, if the minimum class size is not met, we will need to cancel and transfer your reservation to a future training date at your convenience. We look forward to meeting you at our facility and continue to have successful sharing of information sessions. We will notify all attendees via email four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled training date to confirm attendance.
The training is prepared to provide the highest level of success using the RHGSE to new and existing users of the Zephyr RHGSE. To date we have provided 24 successful training classes, and look forward to meeting your personnel.
Zephyr hopes you, your coworkers, and your loved ones are safe and doing well during these unprecedented times. We look forward to hearing from you and thank you for using our RHGSE for your rescue hoist cable maintenance needs
Training will be provided on all versions of the Manual, Electric, and/or Hydraulic RHGSE depending on the attendees coming. Please submit serial number(s) of your Zephyr RHGSE so that we may prepare the appropriate Service Bulletins & Training Materials to meet your training needs.
